I Just Want to Freeload on Your Luck

Chapter 16

Shen Liyao stared at Zhao Mingxi as she picked out coriander for Fu Yangxi.

Previously, he had heard from the international class that Zhao Mingxi brought desserts to Fu Yangxi every day. He didn't believe it at all, but now he saw it with his own eyes.

His fingers gradually clenched, and his heart felt as if it was boiling a big pot of oil, anxious and tormented.

Even he didn't know why he felt as if a thorn had pierced his eyes when he saw this scene. It was very dazzling.

He didn't think that Zhao Mingxi really liked Fu Yangxi.

She was still angry, angry with her family, and angry with him.

Otherwise, she wouldn't have deliberately picked out coriander for Fu Yangxi in front of him.

She did it on purpose.

But it was almost impossible for her to expect him to look for her again.

If he had already looked for her once, there wouldn't be a second time.

His pride wouldn't allow it.

Shen Liyao calmed down and decided to let Zhao Mingxi calm down for a while. Everything would be back on track when she calmed down.

He lowered his eyes and didn't look at her anymore, so as not to disturb himself.

He picked up his bag and quickly walked out of the library.

The night wind blew. Shen Liyao's right hand was still holding the key areas of the Hundred Academy League that he had marked out. He walked to the trash can and was about to throw the paper away with a cold expression. But his fingers paused, and he frowned and opened the paper.

He walked to the workbench at the door and folded the key areas into two stacks. He clipped them into a book and handed it to the librarian. "Hello, please pass this to a student from the international class."

= = =

Fu Yangxi crossed his arms and leaned against the chair, staring at Shen Liyao like a tiger watching its prey.

He didn't look away until Shen Liyao walked out of the library.

He tilted his head, looked to the left, and glanced at Little Mask sitting next to him.

Mingxi was diligently picking out coriander.

Fu Yangxi stared at her for a while and couldn't help but ask, "Who is that? Your friend?"

Mingxi followed his gaze and looked at the door. It took her a while to realize that he was talking about Shen Liyao.

Mingxi paused and said, "I guess so."

"Their relationship is pretty good."

Fu Yangxi pretended to be indifferent, trying his best not to reveal any jealousy, "I saw that he kept looking at you, did he have something to say?"

"I'm just so-so," Mingxi said. Now, whenever she saw Shen Liyao, she would take a detour. Wasn't she just so-so?

Thus, she added, "I just know him."

After saying that, Mingxi felt that something was wrong. She had been transferred to the international class for almost two weeks, and this second-generation heir was either chasing her away or mocking her all day long. Today's timely help could be explained as a gift in return, but why was he suddenly asking her about the people in the gold class?

This answer was a little perfunctory. Fu Yangxi glanced at Shen Liyao's back and asked, "Looking at him, are his grades very good?"

Mingxi: "What's wrong?" Why was he suddenly asking about his grades?

Mingxi understood. Although she thought that her grades were good, there was still a big gap between her and Shen Liyao.

Fu Yangxi wanted someone else to do his homework?

"Young Master Fu, you'd better not think about it."

Mingxi immediately put down her chopsticks and tried to persuade herself, "Just let me help you. I can even imitate your handwriting.

No one else can write so patiently except for me. Why do you have to go so far? "

Fu Yangxi was stunned, then reacted.

Jealous!

If this wasn't jealousy, then what was it?!

What did he say?

Why was she fussing over something as trivial as homework?!

Fu Yangxi tried his best to suppress the smile on his face. Seeing that Zhao Mingxi was still looking at him, he quickly restrained his expression and waved his hand impatiently, "Okay, okay, I won't let anyone else do it."
