My Master Breaks Through Only at the Last Moment
Chapter 1294
Chapter 1294: The Road Outside
A pair of eyes, different from before, looked at Xu Fan.
Xu Fan was also quietly observing Jiang Huayue.
“Taoist friend, why don’t you sit down and have a chat?” Xu Fan gently waved his hand.
A tea table that could comfortably seat two appeared.
Jiang Huayue ignored Xu Fan’s offer and instead glanced around.
After a long pause, he slowly said, “Is this realm situated between the fierce beasts and the Primordial God Demon Empire?”
“Yes. So, are you here to seek refuge, or…?” Xu Fan asked.
At this, Jiang Huayue finally looked directly at Xu Fan.
“I’m fleeing from my enemies. I had no choice but to reincarnate in this area,” Jiang Huayue explained.
Xu Fan’s interest was piqued.
“Care to share your story? Maybe I can help,” Xu Fan said as he took out the tea set and began brewing.
“You’d better not hear my story. This world can’t handle it,” Jiang Huayue shook his head.
“I originally planned for my host to awaken only after becoming a Great Saint, but unexpectedly, my host noticed something unusual in this realm.”
“Can you provide me with a god or demon’s corpse at the Great Luo level?”
“In exchange, I’ll leave this fairly talented host to you.”
“You’re very direct. I like that,” Xu Fan said as a spatial fluctuation emerged from his hand.
A Postnatal Spiritual Treasure-level space ring dropped down.
“Inside is a Great Saint-level god or demon’s body, well-preserved. You can have it. But I want information about the two Great God or Demon Empires and how to leave this area,” Xu Fan said bluntly.
“Add ten thousand Primordial Purple Qi crystals.”
Jiang Huayue’s gaze gave Xu Fan the impression of someone who controlled everything.
“Deal,” Xu Fan said, and another space ring appeared in his hand.
Once the deal was made, a chaotic rune light sphere containing information appeared in Jiang Huayue’s hand.
“You can check the information inside first. Once you confirm it’s accurate, I’ll leave,” Jiang Huayue said.
Xu Fan examined the information in the chaotic light sphere and nodded at Jiang Huayue.
Just as the aura prepared to leave, Xu Fan suddenly asked, “Since we’ve crossed paths, I still don’t know your name.”
Jiang Huayue glanced at Xu Fan and finally uttered a strange name softly.
With that, the unfamiliar aura vanished, and Jiang Huayue returned to his usual demeanor.
“Alright, I’ve removed the anomalies in your body,” Xu Fan said, looking at the restored Jiang Huayue with curiosity.
“Thank you, Grand Elder,” Jiang Huayue said, leaving with a puzzled expression.
Xu Fan began carefully examining the information in the chaotic rune light sphere.
“I didn’t expect there really was a way to leave the two Great God or Demon Empires, though it’s a bit risky,” Xu Fan mused, stroking his chin.
At that moment, the figure of the Yuan Lord appeared above the courtyard.
“Thank you, Yuan Lord, for your help in guarding,” Xu Fan said as he looked up at the Yuan Lord, not surprised by the Yuan Lord’s presence here.
“Who was that just now? Which large world did he reincarnate from?” the Yuan Lord asked, sitting in the spot where Jiang Huayue had just been.
“From a world beyond the two Great God or Demon Empires; I also gained quite a bit of information this time,” Xu Fan said, tossing the chaotic rune light sphere to the Yuan Lord.
“There’s actually a path leading to outside the two Great God or Demon Empires!” The Yuan Lord immediately became excited, a multitude of thoughts flashing through his mind.
“Xu the Divine Master, I see that this path, though dangerous, can be safely traversed with my protection.”
“Why don’t we accompany each other? You can take your sect to avoid some trouble outside the two Great God or Demon Empires,” the Yuan Lord suggested eagerly.
“It’s too long; didn’t the information say that, aside from the danger, it would take ten thousand years just to traverse this path?” Xu Fan replied.
“Just ten thousand years; compared to seeing the outside world, that’s a huge gain!”
“I want to see if there’s a way for the human race to advance to the rank of chaotic saint,” the Yuan Lord said, stroking his chin.
“In our region, all paths for the beings within the realm are suppressed by the two Great God or Demon Empires; it’s far too difficult to advance to a chaotic saint.”
“Let me think about it, and I will give you a response later,” Xu Fan said after pondering for a while.
“I won’t push you; I can go by myself.”
“I’d like your company; you cultivate myriad paths of chaos, and you’re likely to come up with more solutions when faced with challenges,” the Yuan Lord said.
Xu Fan nodded.
At that moment, the Yuan Lord suddenly remembered Xu Fan’s mysterious smile in the Ten Thousand Saints Tower.
“Xu the Great Master, what did that mysterious smile in the Ten Thousand Saints Tower mean?” the Yuan Lord asked.
“I am now a Xuanhuang Artifact Master; you won’t lose out by bringing me along,” Xu Fan said with a slight smile.
Upon hearing this, the Yuan Lord, who had been calm all along, instantly froze.
He then snatched the teapot from Xu Fan’s hand and poured a cup of tea for him.
“Ha ha! Xu the Divine Master, you continue to surprise me!”
“To celebrate your becoming a Xuanhuang Artifact Master, how about I invite you to a meal in the Ten Thousand Saints Tower?” the Yuan Lord offered.
“There’s no rush; just keep this meal in mind for now.”
After they finished their tea, the Yuan Lord left with one last statement.
“Xu the Divine Master, with your current realm, staying in the Three Thousand Realms is no longer meaningful. Come with me on that path to see the outside world; you might really be able to help the human race find a way out.”
His tone was sincere, even presenting a precious Primordial Supreme Treasure from the Yuanshi Sect as temptation.
“Fine, let me consider it carefully and I’ll let you know.”
After the Yuan Lord left, Xu Fan lay back in a chair, seriously contemplating the matter.
“Should I go or not?” Xu Fan mused, stroking his chin.
Before Xu Fan embarked on any endeavor, he needed to ensure that his strength could fully withstand the risks involved.
However, the information left by that being from outside the two Great God or Demon Empires stated that safety was not guaranteed.
“That path is guarded by a giant beast at the level of a Great Saint of Chaos; although the route is known, what if problems arise?”
While Xu Fan was lost in thought, a pair of eyes filled with extreme murderous intent, belonging to the Great Saint Dragon, appeared in the sky in front of him, quietly watching Xu Fan.
“You can’t catch me now, so what good is glaring at me?” Xu Fan casually waved his hand, scattering the dragon eyes that had formed in the air.
He then sent a message to the Yuan Lord.
“Kill the Chaotic Holy Dragon, and I’ll consider going out to have a look.” Xu Fan said.
Those dragon eyes had belonged to the Chaotic Holy Dragon, which had been fixated on Xu Fan due to causality.
“Understood. I’ll have the old guy strike and blow that Chaotic Holy Dragon up for you.”
“But you need to assist by taking out all the Great Saint Dragons leaving the Three Thousand Realms,” the Yuan Lord replied.
