Four A. M.
Chapter 3

She drank the cold tea and shivered. She forced herself to save the documents before turning off the heater and lights and leaving the studio.
She went to the pantry to pour some hot water and took the headache medicine. Only then did she feel the nauseating dizziness subside a little.
Her watch showed that it was 3: 30 pm. Lee Hae-na washed her face with hot water and felt a little more energetic. She decided not to return to the dormitory but to stroll around the nearby park and breathe in the fresh air.
Lee Hae-na knew that she had no sense of direction, but she didn't expect that she would walk on a familiar road and end up in a park that she had never been to before …
Could it be that she had transmigrated?
Lee Hae-na looked at the unfamiliar flowers and plants and sighed. She took out her phone and planned to call someone to pick her up.
But when she saw that it was only 4 pm, she pouted and turned off her phone.
It was especially cold in Seoul in the wee hours of the morning. Lee Hae-na felt that she must have been possessed half an hour ago. That was why she didn't return to the warm dormitory to sleep but dragged her tired body to stroll around the park in the cold winter.
The north wind blew mercilessly from all directions. It was so strong that it felt like it wanted to peel off a layer of skin from Lee Hae-na's face.
Lee Hae-na endured the waves of dizziness that came from being blown by the wind. She wrapped her thermal pad tightly around her and walked towards the park, intending to find a place to take shelter from the wind.
Otherwise, she might become the first trainee in history to be blown to death by a strong wind.
(Forced laughter)

It was a normal Saturday. Kim Tae-hyung practiced all night in the company as usual.
His friend of the same age, Park Ji-ho?, who was good at dancing, was also practicing with him.
F。
"Let's stop here for today. Ah, Yigu, my waist." Park Ji-ho?
F. got up from the ground and patted his waist as he spoke to Kim Tae-hyung.
"Okay." Kim Tae-hyung also grabbed his clothes to wipe his sweat. He threw a towel to Park Ji-ho?
F. "I'm hungry and sleepy. I feel like I can fall asleep if I close my eyes."
"Let's take a walk in the park first. I'll buy two bottles of water on the way. The water in the practice room has run out." Park Ji-ho?
F took the towel and wiped himself carelessly. Then, he pulled Kim Tae-hyung, who was sitting on the ground, and walked out.
Kim Tae-hyung propped up his tired body and put his hand on Park Ji-ho?.
F used the force to get up from the ground, patted his butt and walked out.
The two of them changed into new clothes, put on sweaters and jackets, and walked out of the company. As the bone-chilling wind blew, they couldn't help but shiver.
Park Ji-ho?
F gestured to Kim Tae-hyung to sit in the park while he ran to the 24-hour convenience store two blocks away to buy water.
There was no other way. The company didn't have much money, so they could only rent a remote place.
Kim Tae-hyung obediently took a stroll to the park.
The early morning of December was unusually cold. The chill was pervasive like gangrene attached to the bones. The trees were covered with dew, and the smell of mud and grass mixed with fog filled the air, adding a misty color to the surrounding environment.
He found a bench and sat down. Without caring about his image, he slumped against the back of the bench and looked up at the sky.
The boundary between night and morning turned the color of the sky into a deep blue. The moon hung alone in the sky, and there were no stars.
Unknown birds sang an unknown song in the trees. It was light and gentle, making people feel as if they were in a dream.
Just as Kim Tae-hyung was in a daze, a voice came from not far away.
"Um … Hello?" It was a girl's voice.
Kim Tae-hyung looked down from the sky and saw a petite figure walking over from five or six meters away.
Judging from her height, she was about fourteen or fifteen years old.

After Lee Hae-na walked into the park for a while, she found a person sitting on a stone bench not far away!
This meant that she could ask for directions and walk back to the company.
Her originally gloomy mood became excited, but waves of dizziness hit her head. Her vision became blurry, and her feet began to float.
She shook her head and forced herself to walk a few steps.
"Hello, do you know where this …" Before she could finish the three words, Lee Hae-na suddenly blacked out and fainted on the ground.
"Are you okay??"
Kim Tae-hyung was shocked. Lee Hae-na fainted too suddenly, and he couldn't react in time. He could only watch as she fell to the ground.
He quickly ran over and held Lee Hae-na's upper body to check her breathing.
Ah … Fortunately, she wasn't dead.
Kim Tae-hyung sighed in relief and took out his phone to call for an ambulance.
After calling for an ambulance, Kim Tae-hyung carried Lee Hae-na to the stone bench.
This girl was too light …
However, he didn't notice that this girl was quite pretty. Her eyelashes were even longer than his!
Looking at the pale Lee Hae-na, Kim Tae-hyung endured the cold and took off his jacket to cover himself.
He prayed in his heart that Park Ji-ho?
F or the ambulance would come first. Otherwise, he would be sacrificed before he could succeed in saving the damsel in distress.
Perhaps the heavens heard Kim Tae-hyung's prayer. Park Ji-ho?
F came back with two bottles of water a minute later.
He looked at Kim Tae-hyung, who was shivering in the bone-chilling wind, and Tae-hyung, who was unconscious and covered with Tae-hyung's jacket. He almost thought that he was dreaming.
"Stop dreaming. If you don't come over, you will lose your cute little friend, Kim Tae-hyung Benhyung!" Kim Tae-hyung's legs were trembling. He was so cold that his teeth were chattering.
Park Ji-ho?
F reacted and quickly ran over to take off his scarf for Kim Tae-hyung. He also stuffed warm water into his hands.
"I'm saved!
Achoo! "Kim Tae-hyung slapped himself in the face as soon as he finished speaking.
"What's going on?" Park Ji-ho?
F suddenly lost his scarf and shivered from the cold.
"I don't know. She seemed to have something to ask me, but she fainted halfway.
I was scared to death. "
Kim Tae-hyung touched his frightened little heart: "But I just called the ambulance. It should be here soon."
"I hope so!" Park Ji-ho?
F looked at Lee Hae-na, whose face was so pale that it seemed like she would die in the next second. He was also very worried.
The ambulance arrived 15 minutes later.
Because only one person could sit, Kim Tae-hyung followed the car. Park Ji-ho?
F went to buy breakfast for Kim Tae-hyung and went back to the dormitory.
There were blankets in the ambulance, so Kim Tae-hyung was able to put on his coat.
Next, the doctor did a preliminary examination on Lee Hae-na and came to a conclusion that made Kim Tae-hyung dumbfounded.
"She just fainted because of malnutrition and lack of adequate rest for a long time because of low blood sugar. Now she is just sleeping."
The doctor shook his head: "She is still young. She should pay attention to health management.
We will help her get a bottle of glucose and pay the hospital later. "
"Okay …" Kim Tae-hyung was relieved when he heard that it was not a serious illness. He felt speechless and amused.
He observed Lee Hae-na, who was in a deep sleep, and thought about why she appeared in such a remote park at four in the morning and fainted because of overwork.
Could he be a child laborer from the black market who had escaped from captivity?
The four-dimensional Kim Tae-hyung gave full play to his imagination.
His gaze moved to Lee Hae-na's woolen coat, and he overturned his own idea.
It was obviously expensive.
She was a child of a rich family.
She was also very beautiful.
She had a head of long straight black hair, revealing a smooth and full forehead. Her skin was so white that it was almost glowing. He couldn't even see her pores up close.
Her nose was straight and perky, and there was a cute mole at the corner of her eye. Her face was also small.
Her face was smaller than his palm.
Other than the large dark circles under her eyes, he couldn't find any flaws.
She was as exquisite as the dolls Kim Tae-hyung saw in the shop windows when he was a child.
Was she a rebellious girl who ran away from home?
After many observations, Kim Tae-hyung came to a conclusion that he thought was the most reasonable.
Before the ambulance arrived at the hospital, Lee Hae-na woke up.
After waking up, she was stunned for a while. The dizziness in her head had subsided a lot, but she still felt a little heavy.
She stared blankly at the roof of the car for two seconds, and then moved her gaze to the next door. She saw a doctor, a nurse, and an unfamiliar man looking at her.
It made her feel a little awkward.
But wait, doctor and nurse?
Where did the doctor and nurse come from?
"You're awake. Do you feel any discomfort?" The doctor spoke first.
"No …" Lee Hae-na didn't understand why she saw the doctor as soon as she opened her eyes when she was still in the park before she lost consciousness.
Her brain was now a mess, and she couldn't think about the cause and effect.
"Are you okay?" A magnetic voice pulled Lee Hae-na's gaze away from the roof of the car.
It was the boy who was also in the car.
Lee Hae-na stared at Kim Tae-hyung for a long time before she realized that this black-haired boy was the one she saw in the park just now!
Her brain finally started to work, and she sorted out the ins and outs. She wanted to sit up and thank him, but she was stopped by the nurse. "You're still on a glucose drip. Don't move."
Lee Hae-na nodded and lay back down obediently. She looked at Kim Tae-hyung and thanked him solemnly. "Did you save me just now?
Thank you. If it weren't for you, I don't know what would have happened! "
Kim Tae-hyung was a little embarrassed when he heard Lee Hae-na's solemn tone. He scratched his head. "It's not a big deal.
Don't run around without eating in the future. It's still very dangerous for a girl. "
Lee Hae-na didn't explain for herself, nor did she refute Kim Tae-hyung. She just nodded obediently. "Okay, I'll remember. Thank you!"
She only revealed a pair of big eyes and the tip of her red nose outside the blanket. Her obedient and cute look poked the hearts of the doctors, nurses, and Kim Tae-hyung.
They really wanted to pinch her.
Soon, they arrived at the hospital. Kim Tae-hyung accompanied Lee Hae-na to pay the taxi fare and medical fees. Seeing Lee Hae-na look at the bill without any heartache when she swiped her card, Kim Tae-hyung couldn't help but feel a little envious.
In fact, Lee Hae-na's family wasn't very rich. They could only be considered to be above the middle class.
However, because she ate and lived in the company every day, besides practicing, she went to various classes. Besides occasionally buying clothes, milk, and fruits, she didn't spend any money at all.
Therefore, she had a lot of money left from the company and the 400,000 from her family every month.
"By the way, I haven't introduced myself yet. I'm Lee Hae-na, born in 1997." Lee Hae-na reached out her hand to Kim Tae-hyung after paying the fee and politely introduced herself.
"Hello, I'm Kim Tae-hyung, born in 1995. I'm a little older than you. You can call me Brother Tae-hyung." Kim Tae-hyung smiled and shook Lee Hae-na's hand.
It was cold.
She had dimples when she smiled.
